Eating food throughout the day isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Between school, homework, friends, and sports, it is important to keep your body fueled by eating healthy snacks throughout the day. However, in the GEAR UP office, we see students everyday who aren’t eating healthy foods, or enough food to maintain a busy teenage lifestyle.
